Board Member & Executive Photos

When we shoot your career photos, our goal is to spend a 1-2 hour shoot, capturing the 5 best images for retouch, and then roughly 12 hours later Dropbox you 5 print-ready images so you have flexibility in how you’re represented over the next few years.

We start with soft lighting, looking for 3 intentional images that tend to help people with dynamic careers. – We like to think of these as:

1) A year-round ‘Bio’ image for websites…

2) Your ‘Leading-Edge’ guest speaker image (Conferences, TED Talks, etc.) 

 3) Your ‘Quotable’ aspect. (An image with space for the press to paste quotes from interviews– think: Wired magazine / Barnes & Noble book signing event cards.) – Add your 2 favorite wildcard shots to that mix, and the photo set will work out fantastically.

This is the template we start with before we learn to shoot YOU.

We bill $200 per photo-set, and we can also come shoot your entire staff & Company Press Kit at a steep discount if you’d like as well! (See Staff Photo Days & Press Packages below.)

Once we think we’ve got 3 solid looks captured, we’ll process them right in front of you with one of our famously entertaining, ‘KEEP or KILL’ elimination sessions. We retouch them at a professional level, then we’ll upload the files to the cloud, send them your way, and high-five you on your way out the door. – Pay cash or card on-site, or right here on the web. – $150 per session. Recommended once every 2 years for adults. – (Loud Spirit sessions recommended annually for child performers & those in the holistic & humanitarian arts.)

We bill $200 per photo-set, indoor, outdoor, location or studio, and we think  mixing all of the above, is BETTER. 

– Staff Photo Day –

If you’re interested in a full day shoot for your entire staff, we’ll be able to come to you and capture your team on a designated day at a flat rate of $800 + 15$ per retouch. 

So, for example: If your team has 10 members, that would be a retouching charge of $150 ($950 total) for all 20 polished photos. (And we’ll capture a few architectural & culture photos while we’re there.)

– Press Kits / Press Packages / Company Iconography for Small Businesses –

When we generate your company’s media library or “Press Pack”, what we’re attempting to generate is: Every photo or piece of digital imagery you need to represent your business/event online or in any write-up in the blog-o-sphere.

Typically you can expect us to be ‘up in your grill’ for 2 to 3 days, generating 25 to 50 quintessential photographs, collecting staff & photos photos, logos, architecture, slow-motion B-roll video, interviews, and product shots. – We’ll do these all in color schemes that fit your pallet, generating both 1 short front page video, and a 1-minute Instagram-ready “who we are / what you’re missing” video, which will be ready roughly 2 weeks after the shoot.

Press packages vary slightly based on whether or not you’re a restaurant requiring menu photos or a company with locations that necessitate travel, but they start at around $1600 and elevate to your needs from there.
